Kyle - 01/11/2011 I ordered this product from online pet depot and it arrived bent, with photos of the said cover they were more than happy to send a free replacement and allowed me to keep the damaged cover as well. I will certainly be doing business with them again.
As for the actual product it is a very good cover for various reptiles that need basking lights as the cover can withstand high temps with no problem.
