1. You may return any unopened merchandise in its original condition, including original packaging and packing slip within 30 days of receipt and you will receive a full refund less shipping.
2. Customer will be responsible for any and all shipping charges to return the item(s) to us.
3. Foreign orders are non-returnable.
4. Seasonal (Holiday) products are non-returnable.
5. We do not offer refunds or exchanges on opened Treats, Pet Clothing, Harnesses due to health reasons. Please make your selections carefully.
6. We do not offer refunds or exchanges on Aquarium Light Bulbs. ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
