in compliance will be subject to a 15% restocking fee. **
Any item can be returned to us provided it is unused and in the
original packaging.
1. Returns must be made within 30 days of purchase.
2. Customer will be responsible for any and all shipping charges to return
the item(s) to us.
3. Foreign orders are non-returnable.
4. Seasonal (Holiday) products are non-returnable.
5. Open treats are non-returnable / non-refundable.
6. If your item is defective you must call us at 516-809-6059. Sorry, no
return request for defective items will be accepted via email.
